Richard Ledyard Hubbard (1903-1993)

Mr. Hubbard studied art with Cazenovia artist, Dwight Williams before beginning his formal training at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He exhibited bronzes at the National Academy in New York and at his alma mater in Philadelphia. He had a one-man show at the Montrose Gallery in New York City and received first prize at the Boston Festival of Art in 1955.

The painting on page 68 is owned by Georgeann Redmond and the painting on page 90 is owned by Polly Koerner.
