Jackie lives in the high desert of southeastern Oregon. She is an amateur photographer and a retired psychologist and a retired college administrator. She started taking photos in 1957 when her dad gave her a Brownie camera. She loves the West and loves to shoot photos of typical western lore such as horses, cows, buckaroos, local ranch brandings, rodeos, western landscapes and desert scenery. In particular, she loves to photograph horses.
